§ 1

These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Roberta Tysarczyk and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchases made via the roberttys.com website. The purchase of a product through this website constitutes the unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale, which the buyer confirms that he has read before placing the order.
Before any transaction, the Buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on roberttys.com is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal purposes, and on the other hand, he has full legal capacity to be bound by these general terms and conditions. sales.
Roberta Tysarczyk reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time in order to adapt to new regulations or to improve the use of its website. The applicable terms and conditions will therefore be those in force on the date the buyer places the order.

ROBERT TYS reserves the right to change the assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a simple description, more information about the product can be obtained by contacting roberttys.com
The photos are as accurate as possible, but do not oblige the Seller in any way. The sale of products presented on roberttys.com is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully allow the import of these products into their territory.

Prices
The prices given on the product cards in the online catalog are prices in euro (€) and Polish zloty (PLN) including all taxes (TTC) and include VAT applicable on the day of placing the order.
Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. ROBERT TYS reserves the right to change prices at any time, but it is understood that the price shown in the catalog on the day of placing the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices quoted do not include delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the purchased products depending on the total amount of the order.
§ 4
Order and payment terms
Before each order, the buyer can create an account on the roberttys.com website without having to create an account.
The account creation section is accessible directly from the menu bar. At each visit, the buyer must identify himself using this information if he wants to place an order or check his account (order status, profile, etc.). ROBERT TYS offers the buyer the opportunity to order and pay for its products in three payment options:

- via the STRIPE payment gateway
- via PAYPAL
Confirmation of the order means acceptance of the terms of sale, confirmation of perfect knowledge of them and resignation from the use of your own terms of purchase. All details provided and recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

Title reservations
ROBERT TYS retains full ownership of the sold products until full payment, including fees and taxes.
§ 6
Renouncement
Pursuant to Art. L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has fourteen working days from delivery of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thereby return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalties, except for the return costs.
§ 7
Delivery
Delivery means the transfer of physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer. The ordered products are delivered in accordance with the dates and deadlines specified above.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the order form, the buyer is obliged to ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. The buyer may, at his request, send the invoice to the billing address instead of the delivery address, confirming the option provided for this purpose in the order form.
In the event of the Buyer’s absence on the day of delivery, the deliverer will leave a notice in the mailbox that will enable collection of the goods.
